I will also provide a link to a topographical map of the area and will mark an approximate corner and layout of each piece. All this information will be provided within the description of each piece.

Please keep in mind that these pieces will eventually make their way to Ebay Auctions if not sold from this site. The only way to purchase that piece at that time will be through the auction.

Folks, I have only been in the real estate business a relatively short time compared with most sellers.I pride myself on being honest and fair in all my dealings. Since I started dealing in real estate in 2001, I have sold over 300 parcels and to my knowledge, I have had NO dissatisfied customers. I am NOT a realtor and I own each and every parcel on this page, so I am not beholding to any other entity. When you deal with me, you deal ONLY with me and not some unknown party. I do all my own paperwork and filings so closing costs are kept to a MINIMUM! I do charge a small fee of $125.00 for each parcel processed.

I put a LOT of effort into each parcel as is evidenced by the photos and descriptions. Each and every photo you see is of the actual property and not some "general vicinity" generic photo that a lot of other sellers use. I have been to each and every parcel I sell, unless otherwise indicated. If a description says "no digital photos yet," that means I haven't had a chance to go look at the property yet. I will do so at my first opportunity and the photos will be added to the description.

I will occasionally list a property not owned by me, in a special section. Those properties will have a link or other contact information directly to the owner of that parcel. If you desire more information about those properties, you must contact the owner directly. I will have no authority to negotiate any deal or offer tendered.

This section will be reserved for prime real estate that I have on hand.

PRIME TERLINGUA GHOST TOWN PROPERTY! I currently have THREE tracts that are not QUITE in the Ghost Town of Terlingua, but are a mere stone's throw from it. Property in or around the Ghost Town is VERY expensive. You can expect to pay upwards of $25,000 PER ACRE for anything near the Ghost Town. My properties are priced to SELL and are well BELOW the average!

Tract 2146-B ... 10 acres ... .. Just above the Terlingua Ghost Town! Fantastic views! Section 69, Block G-12. This parcel has a "map survey," not an actual "on the ground" survey. This parcel has electricity on the west end and a good building site overlooking the Ghost Town. Parcel measures approximately 1400' e-w x 350' n-s. Access is very good and has two approaches. It has part of a "fossil knob" on the property and has many marine fossils here, here, and here.

PRIME Terlingua Creek Property!! Tracts 2112/2113 .. 100 acres ... Section 282, Block G-4. Folks, you won't find parcels like these anywhere else at anywhere near the price! This is coveted TERLINGUA CREEK property. Almost anything you can find, IF you can find any creek property for sale, is close to TWICE or more than what I'm asking for this piece. These two pieces comprise 100 acres and I will not break them up. Tract 2112 has a certified, registered survey on it. The road access is S. County Road and is maintained by Brewster County. You will OWN 1/4 mile of Terlingua Creek, bank to bank, not just a small corner or one side or the other. This property measures 1319.1' n-s and 3298.3' e-w. Terlingua Ranch Lodge area. This area includes properties within a 5-6 mile radius of the main lodge area.

Tract 979 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 17, Block TER. I have temporarily pulled this piece off market until I can get it's exact location pinned down. Sorry!

Tract 1075 .. 38.18 acre tract located in Section 21, Block TER. Actual tract measurements 1540' e-w x 1080.1' n-s. This is a really nice tract with very good road access. It is only about 5 miles north of the Terlingua Ranch Lodge. This piece has a recorded map survey.

"The Gates." These properties will be accessed via SH 118, through Gates 1-10. These "gates" are prominent stone pillars located along SH118 from just north of Study Butte to the top of "Luna Hill," about 10 miles north. This range is contained within a portion of Block G-4.

SOLD!! Tract 389... This a nice 40-ac piece, located in Gate 7, Section 208, Block G-4, approximately 3.5 miles west of SH118. Remote yet close in! Only about 7 miles north of Study Butte. The access road is drivable in 2wd, but a 4wd is highly recommended. This is a great piece for those who like solitude, hiking and exploring. SOLD!!

Cedar Springs Range. This range consists of two Survey Blocks; Block "CS" and Block "233."

Tract 6470 ..10 acre tract located in Section 21, Block CS. Nice little getaway piece way up in the middle of the Cedar Springs Range. Actual Tract measurements 651.5' n-s x 653.35' e-w.

Solitario Range. This range consists of three survey blocks; Block G-12, Block G-5 and Block 15.

SOLD!! Tract 2295 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 11, Block G-12. This has been one of my favorite pieces for a long time. It has some spectacular views, excellent all weather access and a nice graded and level camp site or building site. It is right at the intersection of Herman's Peak crossover road and Tanque Tierra road. SOLD!!

SOLD!! Tract 2356 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 19, Block G-12. This tract is relatively close in! Only about 5 miles north of the Terlingua Ghost Town on the Sawmill Mt. road. Good access from either the north or south. Actual tract measures 661' n-s and 1319.8' e-w. SOLD!!

SOLD!! Tract 2610 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 15, Block G-12. This tract is a little difficult to get to but well worth the effort! If you like privacy then this is one for you! Actual tract measures 653.9' e-w and 1319.44' n-s. SOLD!!

SOLD!! Tract 2679 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 63, Block G-12. This parcel has RECORDED MAP SURVEY (available on request). I haven't been to see this piece yet, but from looking at the maps and google, it should be pretty much overlooking Terlingua Creek. Greal all round views. Lots of marine fossil in this area, too! SOLD!!

Tract 3050 ... 20 acre tract located in Section 18, Block G-5. This piece is way out there! It's in the area known as "Top of the World" and if you go out there you will see why it's called that! FANTASTIC!! Actual tract measures 660.2' e-w and 1309.3' n-s. Excellent hunting property! I saw a really nice 8-pointer on this piece a couple of months ago!

Tract F-41 .. This is a nice 5-ac piece located in Section 21, Block 15. A nice starter piece! Great for that weekend get-away. Fantastic scenery and an adventure to get to. This piece is about 7 miles north of the Terlingua Ghost Town. The access is fair to good, depending on weather.

North Corazones Range. This range consists of three survey blocks; Block NC, Block 335 and the eastern half of Block 217.

SOLD!! Tract 8095 ... 20 acre parcel located in Section 13, Block NC. This tract is rather remote, up on Jack Eden Mesa. Should have some of the best views anywhere around. Actual tract measurements are 1325.6' n-s x 655.5' e-w. SOLD!!

Tract 8503/8510 ... This is a 40 acre parcel located in Section 17, Block NC. It is an "L" shaped piece, with the long side running n-s. Located just above the old runway about 2 miles north of the main ranch road. EMAIL FOR SPECIAL PRICING!!!

Tract 8560 ... This is a really nice 40 acre parcel located in Section 7, Block NC. This area is one of the best hunting areas on the ranch. I've hunted this area many times and rarely got "skunked." Lots of deer, javelina and birds (quail and dove). It has good all weather access and has a graded and level building sites in two places. Has an old stock tank on it that could be repaired to hold water.

Tract 8569 ... This is a really nice 40 acre parcel located in Section 7, Block NC. This area is one of the best hunting areas on the ranch. I've hunted this area many times and rarely got "skunked." SOLD!! Tract NC-328 ... 5-acre tract located in Section 18, Block NC. Actual tract measures 355.8' e-w x 663.9' n-s. This a nice piece for those who want something not quite so remote and easy access. Just north of the main Terlingua Ranch road less than 3 miles. SOLD!!

Big Bend Valley Range. This range consists of portions of three survey blocks; Block 216, eastern part of Block 215 and the western half of Block 217.

Agua Fria Range. This range consists of portions of four survey blocks; West portion of Block 216, west of Highway 118, western part of Block 215, West of highway 118, the western half of Block 217, west of highway 118 and Block 214.

Contract PendingTract g12-29 .. 40 acre tract located in the Southeast Quadrant of Section 29, Block G-12. This piece of property is NOT part of Terlingua Ranch and thus is NOT part of any HOA/POA. That has it's good points and it's bad points. The good point is that you are not bound by any POA stuff. The bad point is that the road maintenance STOPS about a mile before you get to this property. But the road stays in good shape overall. It is rock and gravel with a few rough spots and one spot that CAN get bad after a really heavy rain. I was out there just yesterday (10/28) and I didn't have any trouble at all, save having to move one rather large rock that has washed into the road at that point. Otherwise, I was in 2wd all the way. This piece is only about 3 miles northwest of the Terlingua Ghost Town and is access off the main Sawmill Mt. road. It has some of the best scenery around and has lots of area to build and literally tons of building material! Just add cement and water! Here is a url to a topo map. The little red 'x' marks the approximate Southeast corner of this tract. If you scan the map South and East a bit, you will see the Terlingua Ghost Town and FM170. The actual tract measurements are 1319.3' e-w x 1319.1 n-s.

Super Sweet Deal!! The following tract in North Corazones range is not my land. I have provided some information for the owner, but you must contact them directly to ask your questions and any other information, such as price, pictures, etc.

Tract 8160 This is a really nice 20-ac piece of land! Convenient to the main ranch road, only a tad over a half-mile from the pavement. It has electric on it on the east end and the owner has already graded and leveled a pad and driveway. It has a full recorded survey and the stakes are in place. The access road goes across the SE corner and comes back on at the NE corner. It has some great views to the north, west and south. Here is a google reference 29 32 21.0N 103 25 4.7W. TOOLS! You gotta check this out!! Google Earth. This is a really cool tool! I'm sure you've seen it on CNN and FOX when they "zoom" in on a place? Well, this is what they use! It's a freebie and you have to download and install the software. There are also paid versions, but the freebie works fine for this application.
