PRIME TERLINGUA GHOST TOWN PROPERTY! I currently have TWO tracts that are not QUITE in the Ghost Town of Terlingua, but are a mere stone's throw from it. Property in or around the Ghost Town is VERY expensive. You can expect to pay upwards of $25,000 PER ACRE for anything near the Ghost Town. I've hunted this area many times and rarely got "skunked." Lots of deer, javelina and birds (quail and dove). It has good all weather access and has a graded and level building sites in two places. Has an old stock tank on it that could be repaired to hold water.

TOOLS! You gotta check this out!! Google Earth. This is a really cool tool! I'm sure you've seen it on CNN and FOX when they "zoom" in on a place? Well, this is what they use! It's a freebie and you have to download and install the software. There are also paid versions, but the freebie works fine for this application.
